A caccia di lavoro. A Kuala lumpur.

Sto cercando lavoro in Malesia, Singapore, Filippine e Hong kong. Adesso perfino in Tailandia e in Indonesia.
Scoprirlo dentro di me.

Job hunting. In Kuala Lumpur

I'm looking for a job in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Hong Kong. Now even in Thailand and Indonesia. It isn't easy because i need a work visa but I hope to find something. It would be a way for me to try something new, replenish CV, portfolios, improve my English, to truly know these countries. For sure I am having the experience of immigrants.
In the meantime I try to be open to the river of life, without to be closed in this vision, perhaps there is another beautiful one that I still can not see. Life of Steve Jobs, who missed a few days ago, is a teaching.
The fact is that life doesn't like easy solutions, as in the theater she prefers the ones that you wouldn't have wanted, because that is where you give the best of yourself, that's where you take out that part of you that you have left to rot in prison of your habits. I mean, my solution seems difficult enough but the real question is whether this is really what I want to do. If it is, there will not matter of visa, otherwise I'll have to find out the way. Discovering it inside me.

This summer, after a long time, there has been some movement, some glow at a sentimental level. If about romantic events I have not much to tell, inside me the mountains have moved. Now I have to deal with a desire to live, to stabilize a relationship that is well present at the same time I know that I will continue to move. It's the usual temptation to refuge in the safeties, you want to save in the bank something you have acquired, a warm body to hug in the night, the fridge full, a stable income.
I want to continue to believe in Life, I don't want to defend in banks what I have accumulated, I try to listen and follow the muffled cries of my soul. Everything into question, day after day, so tiring but so alive ...

I would want to live well what I am living, whatever it is, without regretting anything. If I feel that I want something else, I try to take the time to say what I feel and follow it. Mine is not a journey, a parenthesis, is my life here and now, I am convinced that you can establish live relations here and now ... and if I'm wrong I can always go back and bad that it goes I can live as a homeless man at the station, eating at soup kitchens. I'm sure that will not go that way, but even if it is? What should I be afraid, if not of getting to the end of my life and not having done what I felt to do, having lived the life of another one?

It won't be so. I hear my fear always crushes me down, towards to small and safe things, but now I can't bend anymore. Now I know the uncomfortable roommate of my mind. Even clumsy and ridiculous I'll face my monsters as I am, without haste, without anxiety, and I'll win or I'll lose, but it will be the life for which I was born.
Each of us is alone in front of this, but at the same time we are never alone. I am with you, brother, sister, reach out your hand, takes the first step, you will always find someone and you know it, because you've already experienced. See you soon, with one thousand new phantasmagoric adventures. From Kuala Lumpur.

Luna Bar

Luna Bar (English version)

Thirty-third and top floor of the Pacific Regency Hotel in front of the Kuala Lumpur tower, swimming pool, beautiful night view of the city, the Petronas Towers a few hundred yards away, I'm at the Luna bar.

Obsequious penguin-dressed waiters are around, they shake my hand, they take me to a table in a private room where I regret not having a sweater, but with spatial sight. At the table sit people who I don't know, and the penguins are trying to bring everyone together small but processed dishes. I look interrogative the Ture. Dinner for singles? But how did I end up here? And most importantly, how much the fuck I have to pay in the end?

I venture into fast mental calculations for an answer. In any case, it is too late to escape, the only smart thing is trying to enjoy the evening, but I have to wonder how many dishes I should wash to get out of here alive. The girls in front of me are wallpaper (the wallpapers of the mythical Irish memory), the Chinese next to me is nice, the best seems to be far away from me. I'm embarrassed, I regret not having my brother with me, I focus on food and I head to the after dinner that it does not disappoint. We go to the swimming pool, we make some nice pictures from the roof, we chat pleasantly, we joke and we give some meeting in the near future.

Finally I head sadly to the cash resigned to undergo to the bill's torture, but with incredible surprise I discover that someone has paid for me and the Ture. I still do not understand what happened, I can find only one explanation: we can see that I deserve it!

I fratelli malesi.

E’ notte piena.

The malaysian brothers

It's filled night. From my place I can see the roofs of Melaka, the spire of the cathedral which look like cardboard. The moon plays hide and seek behind the clouds and there are only few stars in the sky; one, probably not a star, is Jupiter.

I'm not sleepy. My energy level is high but I'm not able to use it as I would like, is like a ball that I have left in my hand. Still I don't understand what is happening at this stage of my life. Voices of my childhood, voices of the time that has passed crowd my mind, ancient cultural ties grip my wrists.

Yet there is movement, I am conscious of my energy, and I'm finding a way to use it that is to stand in the truth, telling what one feels and expressing it as it is, simply, without worrying about the trial.

It has been time of relation. Days passed off with my brother, with all that means at this time. Matteo is like a miracle. Where he passes is as if the fabric of time twists and it does a knot. People who were going in one direction undergo the force of his presence as gravity and they stop surprised, and then, usually, they have fun.

From Padua in Melaka, this way of relating was present in many speeches, in many minds and many hearts and for us was an opportunity to discuss the great mysteries of the universe, love, truth, social conventions, power, energy

We traveled as I prefer, choosing the destination to the bus station, or directly on the train already in the race. At Pulau Perehentian we experienced something magical. Thanks to the catalyst presence of Matteo, there has been a very united group, as of old friends who love each other since childhood and they do everything together and everyone is welcome.

On the east coast of Malaysia, we found some beautiful islands, crystal clear warm water and teeming with life, and uncrowded white sand beaches, forest, budget chalets near the sea. We couldn't however see the tiger in the jungle, on the other hand we have found so much shit elephant, bats and some nice leeches that have seen fit to give me a transfusion at the foot at the first day.

Now the holiday is over. All the Italians I have found out in August, the tranquility of running with my brother, it has given me this perception. Now Matteo returns to the jungle of Padua and I return to my journey. I will be annoying and I feel slightly embarrassed to say that leaving for the Philippines with Vanessa, when most Italians are returning to work, seems to me with no price.

Aspettando il fratellone. A KL.

A cosa sto dando potere su di me ?

Giusto in tempo.

In ogni caso io mi sento incredibilmente fortunato.

Waiting the big brother. In KL.

I recently returned to the fold by Ture in Kuala Lumpur. After a while around in KL, I aimed straight at the northwest Malaysia, in its Chinese soul, Penang. The entire island is a large Chinatown, especially in the most old and traditional part. I saw the Chinese temples, the traditional Chinese theater, the Mass in Chinese, the stalls where they prepare noodles, or rice, or skewers of meat, fish or mushrooms, fruit juices, fried food and so on. I saw the celebrations as a kind of "all saints" in China, the night of July 31, leaving food and flowers to the spirits that I did not understand what they are doing that night. Angela came with me, and she has been a really good company, for the first time since I left I was really sorry to be alone in the end.

And It's interesting to watch the movement of energy that there was in me. Just when I thought to know me well, to learn to control my emotions, to be able to move safely in most situations, tock, I am lost again, puzzled.

The day after I moved to Cameron Highlands, an interesting place over the hills where there are some of the most important tea plantations, strawberries farm and such amenities. Predictably, I was not very good, my body needed a break of adjustment, I slept a lot, I rested, I gained new opportunities, I put new meat in the fire.

I was reflecting, for example, on some famous healers who are in Indonesia. They do not accept anyone who does not believe in them. The power to heal is not the healer but it is those who believe in him that gives him the power to heal. A good healer should be charismatic and able to use the power that is given. It's just a vehicle, the source is within us. The Faith of Evangelical memory. I believe that nothing and nobody can have power is to me, if I don't give it to him. What am I giving power over me?

Today is the first day I feel good. I hear him in the stomach. After a good sweat, the body is more free. Just in time. Tomorrow my brother comes along and spend a couple of weeks. A beautiful gift.

And It's curious, why some people go through half the world to spend a few days with me and for others it seems that I no longer exists. In any case, I feel incredibly lucky. I try not to have expectations, I just want to give the best of myself, that's all I can and I want to do.

Scoprendo Kuala Lumpur

Moderna, pulita, ordinata, colorata.

Enjoying Kuala Lumpur

I find it very exciting getting off from the bus and being for the first time in the middle of a big city, with the skyscrapers that dominate me and roads and car, horns and people all around me. And I that I move quietly, loaded like a spring, with all my stuff on his shoulders, without a map, without fear. A chill runs down, that's great. But how much time has passed?

After Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur seems another planet. Modern, clean, neat, colorful. I ask around, guess a direction. After a while, my 25 kg and more on the shoulders begin to be felt, but I know that I can hold out for long, i'm not in a hurry. I'm not in a hurry.

I placed me well to the Monkee Inn, and Anthony offers to be my guide. I ask him about local food. We plunge into the market and among the stalls and it's great, lots of choice and good food, fish, meat, mushrooms, vegetables, fresh fruit, strange unidentified colored stuff.

I almost regret that with 6 euros in the hostel I also have the breakfast buffet included in the price, risk seriously impair the weight. I'd want to give me time to taste everything.

Unfortunately I'm no longer a star as in Sumatra, I am one of the many but always with an important nose. They never miss a chance to remember it.

In the coming days, after nearly a year, the Ture. And finally, the new route to be traced.
